The latest figures show 1 in 9 of 16-24 year olds regularly use nitrous oxide - second only to cannabis in terms of recreational drugs. But West Midlands Police say since 2016 they've only secured FOUR convictions of people selling the substance. That's something nearly 50 neurologists here have written to the Police and Crime Commissioner about. And Â鶹Éç Radio WM's Megan Jones went to meet one of them Doctor David Nicholl who works at Sandwell Hospital.
