Paul Ninson, a Ghanaian photographer and filmmaker has opened one of the biggest photography libraries in Africa. He collected over 30,000 books and founded the Dikan Center Library, which includes workshops, a photo studio and fellowship programme for African visual artists, documentarians and inspiring young photographers.
