13-year-old dog Milton was almost killed after a dog attack in Waingroves. Derbyshire Police have said action will not be taken because an no offence has been committed. The Dangerous Dogs Act states it’s a criminal offence if a dog attacks a person or assistance dog, but it doesn’t extend to pet dogs or other animals. 鶹 Radio Derby’s Andy Twigge visited Milton’s owner Angie Mortimer in Horsley Woodhouse.
