Countries allied with Ukraine are meeting in Germany to coordinate arms supplies to Kyiv which has ramped up its requests to be provided with tanks in its war against Russia. Germany is under growing pressure to allow its highly regarded leopard tanks to be exported to Ukraine. Liana Fix, fellow for Europe at the Council of Foreign Relations in Washington DC says the US is arguing that Europe's tanks are more valuable to Ukraine on the battlefield than America's - but Germany is not giving clear messages about whether the tanks can be supplied.
