Good Morning Ulster reporter Harry McCathie spoke to Brian. It's not his real name and, in order to protect his identity, Brian's words have also been voiced by a member of the GMU team. Recent PSNI figures for 2022 show that while there were fewer paramilitary-style assaults and shootings than during the previous 12 months, 25 years on from the Good Friday Agreement, these kind of attacks continue to plague some communities in Northern Ireland.
