Leicester’s Botanic Garden belongs to the University of Leicester but is open to the public as well. It’s beautifully maintained gardens and huge variety of features have been so inspiring to one artist, that he’s asked to become more involved. Kevin Ncube met Novelist and Poet Tim Relf who has been given a year's residency there
