The owners of the Derbion shopping centre have submitted a multi-million pound plan to Derby City Council to redevelop the Eagle Market and Derby Theatre area. The proposals would include a 29-storey apartment block on Traffic Street. Armed with an artist’s impression, 鶹 Radio Derby’s Heidi Booth has been asking people in Derby what they think of the plans.
