Today is Time To Talk Day encouraging people across the country to chat to each other about our mental health. And we've been speaking to one Birmingham family who say talking could have saved their brother. 30 year old Owen died last year after struggling with depression for 10 years. Now his sister Carla has started a charity campaign called 'Let's Talk Brum'. She's been speaking to our reporter Chris Blakemore.
