The leader of East Riding of Yorkshire Council has taken on an additional role as Lead Council Leader in Yorkshire & the Humber on Health & Social Care. Councillor Jonathan Owen will act as a single voice for all local authorities across the region on issues involving health and care services. He's been speaking to �鶹�� Political Reporter Sarah Sanderson about how this role came about and how cross-party council leaders across Yorkshire & the Humber would like to see a 'fairer funding system' overall regarding adult social care.
