A Leicester man has gone viral with his Twitter post, looking back at the last 10 years fostering a disabled boy who was in a respite children’s home. Adrian was just 10 when his long-term foster parent died-- and, following an appeal, was eventually taking in by Barney Thorne and his partner Layanne.
