A new book celebrating the Indian pubs of the UK is out later this month and the West Midlands features heavily in. Author David Jesudason has travelled the length and breadth of the countring visiting British/Indian landlords, who have stamped their unique identity on a beloved institution. It's called Desi Pubs and David told Kath why he wanted to write it.
