A Derbyshire bakery has won the award for Britain’s Best Loaf. Kuma-San Bakehouse in Darley Dale beat 150 bakers from across the UK with their green-tea flavoured brioche. Â鶹Éç Radio Derby’s Jack Tymon visited winning baker Miyo Aoetsu.
