The Indianapolis Zoological Society has announced Dr. Pablo Borboroglu as the 2023 winner of the Indianapolis Prize - the world’s leading award for animal conservation. He is one of the leading penguin experts in the world, the founder and president of the Global Penguin Society, and he's spent decades involved not just in research but in the protection of penguins. He spoke to Newshour from London where he collected the $250,000 award, having helped more than three and a half million penguins survive.
