Sprinter Rian Snell says wherever he goes, his mum is always with him because she gave him a kidney when he was a child. He was born with severe kidney problems and received the transplant when he was just three and a half. Now 18, Rian has just represented Team GB at the World Transplant Games in Perth, Australia.
