The boss of Leicester's hospitals has told us he's delighted work is now underway to improve all three sites in the city with hundreds of millions of pounds of government money. It's been two years since the funding was announced and there had been fears some projects could be put on hold. However the Department for Health has confirmed the Four hundred and fifty million pound budget and University Hospitals Leicester CEO Richard Mitchell told us this morning it's already being spent.
