Hundreds of people have taken part in the annual cheese rolling extreme sporting event. Competitors chased a 4kg Double Gloucester cheese wheel down the almost-vertical Coopers Hill in Brockworth, near Gloucester. The world-famous event went ahead despite safety fears.
