Joy Welford says there's not enough help for people who care for family members at home. She looked after her husband Barry and although carers came in to help, she says it reached a point where she needed more support. When that wasn't forthcoming, Joy took the tough decision to put her husband of 54 years in a care home. "There's no system in place when crisis arrives," she said.
