Missing migrant's cousin: 'He wanted to be a doctor'

Weekend

Available for over a year

The United Nations says up to 500 people are still missing from an overcrowded migrant boat that capsized and sank off Greece on Wednesday, as it tried to sail from Libya to Italy. Some 80 bodies have been recovered and more than 100 people were rescued by the Greek coastguard. Relatives of people who were believed to be on the boat have travelled to Greece looking for their loved ones. One of them is Mohammed, a 23-year-old Syrian refugee who has been living in the UK since 2018. His 21-year-old cousin was on the boat. Weekend's Albana Kasapi spoke to Mohammed.
