Carol Adcock joined the NHS in 1976 as a general nurse before training to become a midwife. Despite retiring in late 2022, she returned to the hospital in 2023 to “help out”. On the 75th anniversary of the NHS, she spoke to 鶹 Radio Derby’s Ian Skye.
