Muscle-building drugs are being sold illegally in shops and online, a Â鶹Éç investigation has found. Doctors warn that "Sarms" can cause erectile dysfunction, mood swings and liver problems. Sarms are unregulated so consumers can never be sure what they are buying. Rhys Bryant from Hull was 20 when he bought pills online that were marketed as Sarms.
