Ukrainian writer Andrei Khurkov remembers Victoria Amelina, the poet, writer and later war crime investigator. She died at the age of 37 from injuries sustained during a Russian strike on a bustling restaurant in Kramatorsk. She was in the pizza restaurant with a group of Colombian journalists and writers, when the attack took place.There was a farewell service, in St Michael’s cathedral in Kyiv.
