British Sign Language : “No funding in Manchester”

Available for over a year

Parents of deaf children in our region are calling for sign language lessons to be free for those who need them. Many families have to self-fund, due to what's been described as "inconsistent" and "insufficient" funding. Holly Kramer is from Withington and told 鶹 Radio Manchester how hard it was for her to find the right help to communicate with her daughter Sybil, who has been profoundly deaf since birth.
