A burst water main on the A320 has led to Affinity Water closing roads between Ottershaw and the M25. It's been causing significant delays in the surrounding area. Helen Genet, Business administrator at Chertsey Parklands Manor Care Home tells us how it's affected them. (Since recording the A320 St Peter's Way has reopened but the A320 Guildford Road remains closed.)
