Look out for Jordan Brady on your TV this weekend, he's in the final of Channel 4's Five Star Kitchen: Britain's Next Great Chef. Jordan owns JB Kitchen in Birstall, but didn't have the easiest start in life. After being made homeless at 15, Jordan is now wowing Michel Roux Jr on the show. Ahead of the final, Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester's Jo Hollis has been to Birstall to talk to locals about one of their own.
