American Singer Tony Bennett has died at the age of 96. His career lasted more than 70 years and he performed with a number of artists including Lady Gaga and Amy Winehouse. Leo Green, saxophonist and broadcaster, knew Bennett from a young age. Green's father Benny, was a jazz musician and great friend of Tony Bennett.
