Julie Taylor has been spearheading a campaign to install bleed control kits across Essex. Julie lost her grandson Liam Taylor to knife crime in 2020. Since then, she has raised more than £30,000 and installed dozens of bleed control kits in pubs, bars, community centres and busy shopping areas, helping to provide vital first aid if someone is stabbed or cut.
