Winifred Hayward, who is 90 years old, is a finalist in the Volunteer category for the Â鶹Éç Essex Make A Difference Awards. She still volunteers one day a week at her Southend branch shop for the Havens Hospice charity. Winifred says she would like to keep volunteering for many more years to come.
