It enabled Hampshire to pass Surrey's total of 203 all out rather easily for the loss of just two wickets with one hundred balls to spare. Earlier Ian holland claimed career best List A bowling figures of 5-35. Hampshire at the very least will finish second in the group thereby banking a home quarter final at the end of the week. Group A leaders Leicestershire have finished their group campaign. With one match left, Hampshire have a chance to leapfrog the Foxes and go straight into the semi finals. But they will need to beat Kent on Tuesday whist at the same time significantly improve their net run rate.
