Debra and Tina put their careers on hold for a year to set-up GUkraine, a community group which helps improve the quality of life for Ukrainians who have escaped the conflict. GUkraine is run by volunteers and is responsible for supporting 900 Ukrainians and their hosts in the Guildford area. GUkraine has been shortlisted in the Community Group category in our Make a Difference awards.
