Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete is a type of material commonly used in public building constructions during the second part of the 20th century.The government changed its guidance because of new evidence about the safety of RAAC, meaning some school buildings or classrooms in England have had to be closed. Ian Hodgkinson is the managing director of Derby-based Hodgkinson Builders, he’s been speaking to Âé¶¹Éç Radio Derby’s Chris Coles.
