Birmingham - essentially a bankrupt city that might have to sell off some of it's assets. The Mayor, Andy Street has already mentioned that the city might have to sell it's stake in Birmingham Airport - to sort out the financial mess it's in. What else could be on the list?? The Library, Museum, Alexander Stadium, Sarehole Mill? That'll be down to the Commissioners who've been appointed by the Conservative Government - to run the Labour-led council.
