The police watchdog is investigating Northamptonshire's Chief Constable, Nick Adderley. He's been accused of misrepresenting his military service. The Â鶹Éç has approached Northamptonshire Police for comment. The IOPC says its inquiries are at an early stage. Tom Percival reports.
