East Oxford: three more LTNs made permanent

Three more controversial Local Traffic Neighbourhoods have been made permanent in East Oxford, at a rowdy Oxfordshire County Council cabinet meeting. They are on Divinity Road, James Street and Magdalen Road. In the Summer of 2022, three LTNs in the Cowley area were made permanent - on Littlemore Road, Littlehay Road and Crescent Road.
