Research released by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on menopause found that 64% of working women said menopause negatively impacted them at work, yet as few as 29% of their employers had a menopause policy. Steve Harris has been talking to Sam Wilson, women's health coach from Weymouth, who has set up a menopause support group online. He's also been speaking with marketing consultant Lisa Worthington has launched her business called Menopausal Women.
