It's long been one of the nation's favourite dishes but as prices continue to rise, fish and chips is becoming more of a treat with the UK average price now nine pounds. But a chip shop in Grimsby claims to serve the cheapest fish supper in Britain. Matthews' chippy charges just three pounds for haddock and chips - a third of the national average. Leanne Brown went to meet owners Stan and Michelle to find out how they do it.
