Summaya Mughal

Available for over a year

Leicestershire dog-walking group ‘Safety in Numbers’ is passionate about helping women feel safer and get more active, especially over the winter months. It follows a Sport England survey which found that 65% of women and girls say they do not feel safe exercising outdoors after dark. The group was founded by school teacher Katie Hopkinson who tells Summaya how the group has gone from strength-to-strength.
