It’s been confirmed this week by the government that the XL bully breed is being added to the list of banned dogs in England. Ever since Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced that the breed would be banned following a series of incidents, one Derbyshire dog rescue kennel says it’s seen a spike in these dogs being abandoned.
