Debris is proving to be one of the biggest problems after Storm Ciarán. Polkerris beach near Par is littered with thousands of pieces of plastic and a pile of ghost fishing nets. The Â鶹Éç’s Heidi Davey has been to the beach to speak to Andy Frost from Turn the Tide Cornwall who is helping with the clean-up.
