Peterborough city council wants to bring in something called "selective licensing" in parts of the city. If approved, landlords in some areas of the city will have to get a licence in order to rent their property out. The council say this is to recognise and support good landlords, and make sure homes are well-maintained. Emma Baugh, has been out with housing officers in Peterborough.
