Southsea swimmers warned about poor water quality

Beachgoers have been warned about swimming on a popular stretch of seafront in Portsmouth. A section of Southsea's coastline has been classed as having poor water quality by the Environment Agency and signage has been put up along the beach to advise people against bathing there. Bob Diggles reports.
