What's going on at Horncastle-based charity LIVES?

A Care Quality Commission (CQC) report into Horncastle-based LIVES says the emergency care charity requires improvement. It follows a surprise visit by inspectors which reported procedural problems, as well as allegations of bullying and high staff turnover and sickness rates. LIVES says it has already taken steps to rectify the problems.
