Ellie Aldridge grew up in Poole, first trying out watersports at Parkstone Yacht Club at the age of seven. Fast forward 20 years or so and she's heading to her first Olympic games, representing Team GB in the Kite Foil events, having qualified with a victory at the 2023 Formula Kite European Championships in Portsmouth. Ellie joined Carl Ashwin to talk about kite surfing and her preparations for the summer.
