New laws banning XL Bully dogs have been introduced, but one Holbeach owner feels the ban unfairly affects responsible owners. Under the regulations, Sarah Phoenix's dog Barry is classed as a dangerous breed and has been neutered and must wear a muzzle in public. However Sarah believes the ban will lead to dogs being abandoned or put down - but they will still be 'used as weapons by the wrong people'.
