A Leicester dentist says he's offering free NHS appointments to children in the area to try and give vulnerable youngsters a better start in life. Saffron Lane Dental says some youngsters have been left stranded with no access to free care and their oral health is suffering as a result. The government says dentists are going to be supported to take on new NHS patients, as part of the new dental recovery plan. Kevin Ncube went to meet Dr Neel Somani.
