Last month traders at Market Village, inside the One Stop shopping centre in Perry Barr, were locked out of their stores with no access to their stock. The business that runs the Market Village couldn't pay its bills - and administrators were called. People we spoke to were shocked, had no idea how they were going to pay their bills or what to do... Well some good news it's finally reopened, our reporter Astrid MacQuillin went along.
