'Little Hearts Matter' is the UK & Ireland’s only charity dedicated to supporting and empowering anyone affected by single ventricle heart condition (or half a heart). To celebrate the charity's 30th anniversary, staff have launched a new awareness campaign to promote their life-changing work, and celebrate some or their members who also turn 30 this year - something which was not thought to be possible. Lisa Davies is the CEO of Little Hearts Matter and Jordan Pannell is from Hinckley, who's also celebrating his 30th birthday and has had support from the charity. They both spoke to Ben Jackson.
