Exclusive access to Worcestershire dawn drugs raid
Available for over a year
Join our reporter with West Mercia Police at a residence in Evesham, following tip-offs from the community that they were selling Class A drugs from a hole in their garden fence. A special police 'Task Force' - carrying a chainsaw and a battering ram - swooped on a family house in Rynal Place. There had been local concern that the property had become a drugs den for heroin and cocaine. The warrant was part of a special operation by West Mercia Police, called 'Operation Forefront', which took place across south Worcestershire, with our reporter Tom Edwards in attendance. The man and woman were in police custody yesterday, having been arrested on suspicion of 'possession with intent to supply Class A drugs'.
