Former miners from County Durham and Teesside are taking to the streets as part of the "Miners Pension Scheme Campaign" They're urging the Government to give ex-miners to get a bigger share of their pensions. The Government say 'members receive payments 33% higher than they would have been as a result of the Government’s guarantee and scheme members have received bonuses in addition to their guaranteed pension.'
