'I don't trust anyone' - Eliud Kipchoge on threats after death of Kelvin Kiptum

The two-time Olympic marathon champion Eliud Kipchoge, has told the 麻豆社 he feared for the lives of his family during a campaign of online abuse that wrongly linked him to the death of his fellow Kenyan and marathon world record holder, Kelvin Kiptum. Kipchoge tells 麻豆社 Sport Africa's Celestine Karoney that those closest to him suffered because of threatening social media posts following Kiptum's death in a car crash in February 2024.
