Discover the impact the scheme from Age UK has on more than 270 pensioners in our area, where volunteers pop round on a regular basis to check in on them in a friendly way. A shortage of volunteers has resulted in growing numbers of older people being stuck on a waiting list, leaving them without help. Our reporter Tom Edwards met up with Chris Pinner, and her 'befriender', Judith McCrossan, in Bromsgrove.
